Role Description
This is a on-site role located in Highland Village, TX for a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-Associate) at Liberty Quest Counseling, LLC. The LPC-Associate will be responsible for providing direct counseling services to clients, maintaining confidential case files and records, collaborating with other mental health professionals, and participating in ongoing training and supervision. The role requires the ability to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and offer therapeutic interventions. The candidate will have the option to conduct counseling groups.
Qualifications
- Counseling Skills: Experience in providing one-on-one and/or group therapy sessions
- Clinical Documentation: Proficient in maintaining case files and client records
- Assessment and Treatment Planning: Ability to conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with other mental health professionals
- Crisis Intervention: Capable of providing crisis intervention services
- Education: Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field
- Licensure: Current LPC-Associate license in the state of Texas
- Supervision: Willing to be supervised by onsite LPC-Supervisor
- Additional Qualifications: Strong ethical standards, empathy, and a commitment to continuous learning
- Preferred Qualifications: Strong interest in working with children, teens, couples, or families
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
