Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral therapy and a passion for improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct support to clients and their families. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement and monitor behavioral therapy interventions based on evidence-based practices.
  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and make necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Provide training and support to staff on behavioral techniques and strategies.
  • Stay current with developments in the field of behavioral health and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
  • Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of patient care principles and medical terminology.
  • Proficiency in data collection methods related to behavioral assessment and intervention.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of patient information.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients, families, and team members.
  • A compassionate approach towards individuals receiving care, demonstrating patience and empathy in all interactions.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
