Role Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to provide care at an assisted living facility (ALF), delivering Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to elderly residents. This is an in-person role focused on supporting mental wellness through direct, one-on-one therapy sessions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health and cognitive assessments
• Diagnose and treat mood, anxiety, and cognitive disorders
• Deliver CBT and related therapeutic interventions
• Develop personalized treatment plans
• Collaborate with on-site medical and care teams
• Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and families

Requirements

• Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
• Active license in Illinois
• Experience with geriatric patients in long-term care settings is a plus
• Must provide in-person care at the facility
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathetic, patient-focused approach

Compensation

• $80/hour per 1-hour therapy session (including intake and ongoing sessions)
