Family Service Coordinator

Families First is seeking a Family Service Coordinator (FSC) for the Bridges to Success (BTS) Program. Bachelor's degree required in either: Social work, Criminal Justice, Marriage and Family Therapy, Sociology, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Health related field . The ideal candidate will have experience in the social service field working in home based housing case management, service to the homeless, and familiarity with the Housing First Model and HUD. The FSC will work with families placed in a scattered site program located in Palm Beach County with units located primarily in Pahokee, Belle Glade and Royal Palm Beach. The FSC works closely with local Continuum of Care (CoC), local landlords and collaborates closely with other agencies serving the homeless. The FSC will conduct regular home visits, complete assessments and family action plans, conduct regular unit inspections, enter data into the County data base, attend periodic meetings and trainings relevant to the BTS program and complete all documentation in a timely manner. Flexible hours required including evenings and weekends.
