Prism’s ABA treatment is compassionate, relationship-based and a lot of fun. We welcome entry level BCBAs who are excited to learn!

Minimum Requirements

• BCBA certification and Connecticut BCBA license must be in good standing (or license-eligible)
• Knowledgeable and passionate about the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Engage in analysis of one’s own behavior and seek opportunities for the development and refinement of clinical and professional skills
• Willingness to accept and ability to apply feedback
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Organized, driven, friendly
• Must be able to remain conscious and alert at all times

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
