Behavioral Health Services of Virginia is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate would be a strong leader with the ability to coach and lead a team to success. Must have a strong commitment to improving the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges through evidence-based practices. This position offers the flexibility to work in both home and clinic settings, providing tailored support to our clients.
Requirements:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies in both home and clinic environments.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavior management techniques.
Skillset:
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA).
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices in behavior analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
