Duties
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify each client’s unique behavioral needs.
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based ABA strategies.
- Track client progress and make data-driven adjustments to optimize outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with families, educators, and interdisciplinary professionals to deliver well-rounded support.
- Provide hands-on training and coaching to caregivers, equipping them with effective behavioral strategies.
- Keep detailed records of client progress and maintain compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
- Stay on the leading edge of behavioral health through ongoing professional development
Requirements
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- Proficiency in behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis principles.
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Strong skills in patient assessment, diagnostic evaluation, and treatment planning.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with patients, families, and team members.
- Ability to work compassionately with diverse populations while demonstrating empathy and understanding.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to $60.00 per hour
