Duties

Conduct thorough assessments to identify each client’s unique behavioral needs.
Design and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based ABA strategies.
Track client progress and make data-driven adjustments to optimize outcomes.
Collaborate closely with families, educators, and interdisciplinary professionals to deliver well-rounded support.
Provide hands-on training and coaching to caregivers, equipping them with effective behavioral strategies.
Keep detailed records of client progress and maintain compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
Stay on the leading edge of behavioral health through ongoing professional development

Requirements

Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
Proficiency in behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis principles.
Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities is preferred.
Strong skills in patient assessment, diagnostic evaluation, and treatment planning.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with patients, families, and team members.
Ability to work compassionately with diverse populations while demonstrating empathy and understanding.
