Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Patient Services Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing patient interactions, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless experience for our patients. This role requires strong organizational skills, a customer service mindset, and familiarity with medical terminology and scheduling systems. Medical billing knowledge and strong patient collection skills preferred.
Duties
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage medical scheduling for appointments, ensuring efficient use of time slots.
- Handle phone systems effectively to answer inquiries and provide information regarding services.
- Assist in clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized patient files.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure timely communication regarding patient care needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient satisfaction.
- Collect co-pays and explain patients balance.
Experience
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is required
- Strong clerical skills with proficiency in computerized systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: $21.09 - $25.40 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
