Job Duties

Conduct psychological evaluations and clinical interviews
Collaborate with mental health, medical, and correctional staff
Create and manage individualized treatment plans
Provide crisis intervention and counseling services
Perform segregation rounds and assess inmates’ mental health

Qualifications

Education: Doctorate in Psychology (from an accredited institution)
License: Active, unrestricted license to practice psychology in TN
Experience: Minimum 2 years clinical experience (1 year in a similar setting)
Other: Valid driver’s license; minimum age 18

Skills Required

Mental health evaluation and treatment
Crisis intervention and de-escalation
Multidisciplinary team coordination

Compensation

Clinician Pay Package (for nurse equivalent):

Total: $129.15/hour
- Taxable (W2): $98/hour
- Stipend (Non-taxable): $31.15/hour
Weekly Gross: $5,166/week (based on 40 hours)
OT (W2 Rate): $147/hou
