We’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our collaborative outpatient team. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapeutic support in a well-established, patient-focused practice.

Your Role

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and follow-up appointments for diverse populations
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
• Collaborate with therapists, physicians, and support staff
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment plans
• Participate in case conferences and team meetings

What We’re Looking For

• Active PMHNP license in NJ
• Master’s or doctoral degree in nursing with psychiatric specialization
• Experience in outpatient psychiatric care preferred
• Strong communication, diagnostic, and decision-making skills
• Empathetic approach with a commitment to holistic care
