Experienced BT/ RBT for a case in Malverne, NY
Summer hours from 1PM
September from 3:30
Approximately 25-30 hours per week.
$250 sign on bonus * for qualified candidate

What We’re Looking For:
Active RBT certification (or willing to complete it before starting)
Experience with kids in behavioral, educational, or developmental settings (preferred, not required)
Strong communication and people skills
Detail-oriented and reliable
Passion for helping kids grow in positive, consistent environments
Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback
Your Day-to-Day:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
Follow individualized treatment plans
Collect accurate behavior and skills data
Help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills
Stay in touch with your clinical supervisor
Maintain ethical, professional interactions at all times

Behavior Technician Responsibilities:
Work directly with children under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized ABA therapy.
Follow treatment plans and interventions designed to improve communication, behavior, and daily living skills.
Accurately record session data and provide feedback to supervisors.
Build strong, consistent relationships with clients and families.
Maintain professionalism and compassion in all interactions.
Participate in team meetings and complete required training.
