*Some Saturday availability is preferred but not required.

Overview:
Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, this ABA Behavior Technician or ABA Therapist provides 1-to-1 Applied Behavioral Analysis services to children (and adolescents) diagnosed with Autism (ASD). Therapy sessions usually run 3-4 hours and client are usually seen 3-5 days in a week. Sessions primarily take place during after school hours in the client's home, Community, and/or at our Center. Our team focuses on assigning cases appropriate to your experiences and as locally as possible (usually within 30 minutes) to your home address or regular school/other work location. Travel time pay and mileage reimbursements are available (when applicable).
ABA Behavior Technician Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
  • Valid Driver's License (Required)
  • Friendly and energetic, enjoy working with individuals with needs
  • Experience working with children
  • Ability to attend an initial orientation
  • Timely and organized
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively within a variety of situations
ABA Behavior Technician Responsibilities
  • Work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Working with families for effective collaboration
  • Submitting all required paperwork in a timely manner
