Join a growing team where you can focus on clinical work while we take care of the rest. At Upstate Counseling, we’re hiring LCSWs for part-time and full-time clinical supervisor positions. In the position, you carry your own caseload while also providing paid clinical supervision to LMSWs and MHC-LPs. These are not per diem or unstable temp roles. Our Fee-for-Service (FFS) model is structured to support long-term growth and career stability, while offering the flexibility to build a schedule that works for you.

*Due to the time to credentialing and a probationary period, we will start these positions as therapists and once credentialed and stable in the role, we can transition to supervisor status

What We Offer

• New York State LCSWs
• Comfortable building and maintaining a caseload of at least 15 billable hours/week
• Interested in a part-time role with the potential to grow into full-time
• Able to work independently and meet expectations without micromanagement
• Open to feedback and committed to high-quality care
