Growing Community Health center seeking a FNP to join the team. This position would report directly into the CEO and be responsible with building out the department.

- Active FNP license in Louisiana - BH certification

- 2 days per week in Supervisory role & 3 days per week seeing patients

- Manage scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation for Behavioral Health Specialists.

- Oversee documentation compliance in accordance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.

- Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and training programs related to behavioral health services.

- Investigation and management of patient grievance/complaints/concerns

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in behavioral health, mental health, or a related setting, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.

- Experience in outpatient clinic settings preferred
