Primary responsibilities include:

Supervising and training a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). Perform and supervise graphing behavioral outcomes, treatment plan writing and development for clients, additional documentation as required, implementing shadowing and training opportunities for new staff, providing over site and assistance of new staff, assist/conduct parent training, and providing support as needed for general program requirements.

*Develop and implement daily therapeutic activities *Implement individualized Behavior Service Plans with clients and client families/caregivers.

*Coordinate with other service providers working with clients to encourage consistency among client families/caregivers and all providers.

*Complete all required documentation including behavioral data, daily notes and daily/weekly billing records in an accurate and timely manner.

*Ensure all documentation on assigned clients meets insurance providers’ standards and other required regulations.

*Updates client programs as needed.

*Develop program materials and ensure appropriate materials are available during client sessions.

*Perform 30-40 hours of billable service each week or maximum billable hours on schedule.

*Complete supervision on a weekly basis to discuss client updates, progress or concerns.

*Attend and participate in all scheduled staff meetings and training.

*Adhere to all policies and procedures and complete other tasks deemed necessary for successful operation of the program.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $124,800.00 - $135,200.00 per year
