We are seeking a dedicated psychotherapist to provide talk therapy in assisted living and nursing home settings.

Job Requirements:

• Conduct annual psych evaluations
• Provide individual therapy
• Collaborate with facility staff and other healthcare providers in order to provide the best outcomes

• Monday-Friday
• Day time hours preferred
• Choose your availability

Qualifications:

• MS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) OR
• MS Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
