Are you a compassionate and motivated BCBA looking to make a real difference? The Center for TLC is seeking a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to join our collaborative, family-centered pediatric therapy team!

What You'll Do

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary therapy teams to ensure cohesive treatment.
  • Guide and oversee treatment plans, supporting Behavior Technicians and caregivers.
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with families and team members.
  • Monitor client progress through data analysis and adjust plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including timely billing.
  • Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs.

Requirements

  • BCBA Certification
  • Licensed in Michigan
  • Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome!
  • Passion for helping children reach their full potential
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Physically able to sit, stand, bend, kneel, twist, crawl, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Availability based on caseload needs
