We are Specialized ABA, LLC, a local provider of high quality services for individuals with behavioral challenges in the greater DeLand, Florida area (DeLand, Orange City and DeLeon Springs). We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and provide supervision, training, and support to our BCaBAs, behavior technicians and clients.

As a BCBA, you will:

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behavior interventions and make data-based decisions
Provide direct services to clients using evidence-based practices
Train and supervise BCaBAs and behavior technicians and ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards
Collaborate with other professionals and families to coordinate care and promote positive outcomes
To be eligible for this position, you must:

Have a master’s degree or higher in psychology, education, or a related field
Have a current certification as a BCBA from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Have at least two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges
Have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
