Psychologist or Therapist (Private Practice / Flexible Schedule)

NextStep Psychology, LLC is currently seeking a full-time Psychologist or Therapist to join our dynamic team in Zionsville, IN. We offer a private practice setting with flexible scheduling, administrative support, and both in-person and telehealth options. Minimum Requirements (all candidates):

· Master’s or Doctoral Degree in counseling, psychology, or related behavioral health field.

· Indiana licensure (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or HSPP-licensed Psychologist).

· Minimum of 2 years clinical experience.

· Proficiency with evidenced-based practices (e.g., CBT, TF-CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Play Therapy).

· Willing to work with children (ages 4+), adolescents, and adults.

· Strong documentation and basic technology skills.

· Self-motivated, independent, and client-centered.

Clinical Duties:

· Perform intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations.

· Provide individual, family, and/or child therapy.

· Create and update treatment plans with measurable goals.

· Maintain timely documentation and clinical records.

· Support crisis intervention as needed.

Additional Psychologist Specific Duties:

· Conduct and interpret psychological assessments.

· Write formal reports and communicate results to clients/families.

· $80 - $100k for Therapists; $100k - $135k for Psychologists
