BestNest Management is currently seeking Licensed Psychiatric Technicians (LPT) to work a 6-month contract at a Correctional Facility in Soledad, CA

Pay Rate: $52/PH

Shifts Available:

• Thurs-Mon from 6:00A-2:30P
• Wed-Sun 2pm-1030pm
• Thurs – Mon, 6am – 2:30pm

Responsibilities for LPT:

• Give a basic level of general behavioral and psychiatric nursing care
• Conduct daily clinical rounds and monitoring of patients /youth with signs and symptoms of mental illness
• Administer medications and treatments, including hypodermic injections, take and chart temperature, pulse, blood pressure\, and respiration.
• Development of treatment plans and objectives from assessments

Requirements for LPT:

• 1 year experience as an LPT
• LPT License in the State of California
• BLS From (American Heart Association)
