A K-12 educational setting in Elk Grove, CA is seeking a qualified School Psychologist for a contract position starting on July 21, 2025, through June 12, 2026. This role will primarily support middle and high school students, working with an approximate caseload of 30 students on a shared campus housing both a middle school and a charter high school.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students to identify learning and behavioral needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and intervention strategies
• Provide counseling and support services tailored to middle and high school-aged youth
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of school-wide behavioral and mental health initiatives
• Monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed to promote academic and social success

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Credentialed and licensed as a School Psychologist
• Experience working with K-12 students, preferably middle and high school age groups
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 30 students effectively
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and counseling skills
• Knowledge of current educational and psychological intervention strategies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
