Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a dynamic clinical team serving children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ages 2-8. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans using evidence-based practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and apply function-based intervention strategies
  • Analyze treatment data to ensure clinical effectiveness and make program adjustments
  • Supervise and provide fieldwork experience for team members pursuing BCBA/BCaBA credentials
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all sessions and clinical notes
  • Provide training and ongoing support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Stay current with BACB continuing education requirements

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field (or currently enrolled in a Master's program)
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (or currently pursuing)
  • Eligible for credentialing with insurance providers
  • Meets or is working toward BACB supervision requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with children diagnosed with ASD
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and clinically proficient
  • Culturally responsive and team-oriented
