Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a dynamic clinical team serving children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ages 2-8. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans using evidence-based practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and apply function-based intervention strategies
- Analyze treatment data to ensure clinical effectiveness and make program adjustments
- Supervise and provide fieldwork experience for team members pursuing BCBA/BCaBA credentials
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all sessions and clinical notes
- Provide training and ongoing support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Stay current with BACB continuing education requirements
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field (or currently enrolled in a Master's program)
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (or currently pursuing)
- Eligible for credentialing with insurance providers
- Meets or is working toward BACB supervision requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with children diagnosed with ASD
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and clinically proficient
- Culturally responsive and team-oriented
- Competitive salary: $70,000 - $85,000/year
