Must-Have: Experience in risk assessments, psych placements, SUD support, and SDOH resources.

Description:
Looking for an LCSW for an ASAP start.
Position will float between units as needed.
On-call duties are not required.
Variable weekend shifts may be necessary depending on PTOs.
Block scheduling is not required.
The expected ratio is 1 social worker to 40 patients.
Candidates should have experience in any unit of an acute care or LTACH facility.
Must commit to working 3 of the 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day).
All RTO and specific scheduling requests must be submitted upfront during the application process.
Post-application RTO may not be considered or granted.
Travelers may be expected to float between nearby facilities.
Refusal to float may lead to termination of assignment and/or loss of guaranteed hours.
Providers will be supplied with necessary communication devices.
Any required mobile devices will not incur costs to the provider.
Modules are non-billable and average approximately 16 hours spent.
Time spent on modules is self-reported.
Travelers should be aware that compliance with all outlined policies is necessary for the role.
