Job Title: Pediatric Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Job Type: Full-Time (Part-Time Considered)

Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per year (plus bonus for full-time)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join a dynamic pediatric therapy team. This role involves providing direct therapy and counseling services to children and their families in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a supportive, child-focused setting and is passionate about family-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct therapy and psychosocial assessments to pediatric clients and their families.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
Connect families with appropriate community resources and support services.
Participate in ongoing education and team collaboration to maintain best practices.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) required.
Active LCSW license.
Minimum of 4 years of experience working with children as an LCSW.

Schedule Options:

8-hour or 10-hour shifts
No nights or weekends
