About Job
A facility is seeking an adult psychiatrist for locum tenens coverage.
The facility is located approximately 30 minutes away from Montgomery, Alabama.
Inpatient and/or outpatient coverage is needed Monday-Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm with inpatient call required once every 4-5 weeks.
An EMR system is used for notes and documentation.
Candidates must be board certified or board eligible for this assignment.
Dates Needed: June - Ongoing Hours Per Day: 8 Case Load/PPD: 10-12 Shift Type: Day Shift Provider Availability: Regular Time Assignment Type: Inpatient; Outpatient Assignment Duration: Locums Shift Hours: Full time (40 hours) Med Checks/Follow-up per day (OP Only): 30 minutes Initial Evaluation Time: 60 minutes Average Length of Stay (IP): 8-9 days Call Required: Negotiable Board Certification Required: No Government: Yes Additional Information: Adult Outpatient VA Reference ID: ORD-050586-MD-AL
