Are you an experience Medical Patient Services Coordinator who is dedicated to providing excellent customer service to patients and processing orders for DME and medical supplies? We are looking for an experienced healthcare processional who will be responsible for answering patient calls, processing orders, referrals and providing patient support to customers. The ideal candidate will be dedicate and have excellent attendance and performance to be successful in the position. This position will sit on site in Rome, GA and will pay $16-$17/ hour and is a temporary to hire position. Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls from patients
• Communicate by telephone and fax with referral sources and patients
• Take complete and accurate orders for products and services
• Responsible for setting up and discontinuing patient equipment where necessary
• Maintains office supply inventory
• Insurance verification
• Answering patient questions
• Transferring calls to correct department
• Processes payments and provides cash to appropriate billing office
• Referrals
• Establish and maintain patient files with complete patient information
• Take orders for products and services
• Process paperwork for DME equipment and medical supplies
