Who We Serve:
We specialize in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for individuals ages 2–21 with:

  • Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • ADHD
  • Developmental Delays
  • Down Syndrome
  • Adjustment Disorders and more

Our ABA approach is evidence-based, rooted in compassion, and focused on real-world results. Services are offered in all of our client's natural environments: school, daycare, home, community, center.

Your Role as a BCBA:
You’ll play a key role in leading high-quality behavioral programs that truly change lives. Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Training and supervising Behavior Technicians and RBTs
  • Coaching and supporting caregivers
  • Collaborating with families, educators, and other professionals
  • Monitoring progress with data-driven strategies
  • Reporting directly to the Clinical Director

What You’ll Need:

  • PA Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS)
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
  • 4+ years experience in ABA with youth
  • 2+ years as a practicing BCBA
  • A passion for making a lasting difference
