  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

  • Provide in-person supervision, coaching, and support to RBTs and Behavior Technicians

  • Deliver caregiver training and behavior support directly with families

  • Monitor and review data to make real-time treatment decisions

  • Maintain accurate, compliant documentation per insurance and BACB requirements

  • Collaborate with caregivers, school staff, and interdisciplinary professionals

  • Travel to client homes, schools, or community locations within the service area

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB

  • At least 1 year of ABA experience preferred

  • Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver’s license

  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible, in-person caseload

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and clinical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with diverse populations

  • Familiarity with ABADesk or similar data collection platforms

  • Bilingual skills (Spanish, Creole, African languages, or ASL) are a plus

  • Prior experience in school or community settings is strongly valued

What We Offer:

  • Competitive compensation based on experience and caseload

  • Flexible scheduling based on your availability (but all in-person)

  • Mileage reimbursement for travel between client sessions

  • Opportunities for growth, leadership, and additional credentialing support

  • Supportive clinical leadership and professional development

  • Perks include wellness membership, retirement planning options, and supervision structure
