We are looking for therapists/counselors with a commitment to making a difference in the lives of children, youth and families. We are currently hiring a full-time therapist in our HOMEBUILDERS® program, with the option of starting part-time and working up to full-time if desired. The ideal candidate will live in Snohomish county or be willing to relocate.
Homebuilders therapists:
- Maintain a small caseload of 2-3 families.
- Work with families in their homes and community locations.
- Schedule client sessions at times that are most helpful to families.
- Maintain availability to respond to their assigned families, or arrange coverage within their team if unavailable.

- Master's degree: $60,078 - $64,556 annual salary, DOE

- This is a non-exempt position that qualifies for overtime compensation
Minimum Requirements:
- Graduate or undergraduate degree in social work, psychology, human services or related field.
- Undergraduate candidates must have at least two years’ experience working with children and families.
- Valid driver’s license, a vehicle in good working condition, and automobile liability insurance that meets minimum agency requirements.
- Residence in applicable counties.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule to meet client needs (including some evenings and weekends).
- Satisfactory completion of a criminal history background check.
- At least 21 years of age.
