We are seeking a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing group practice in the Longview, Texas, area. Role Overview: Schedule: 3days a week within Monday to Friday Provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility by conducting rounds in their short-term units Conduct documentation at home withprovided iPad laptop within 48 hours of seeing patients Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychiatric evaluations andassessments Collaborate with facility staff to enhance patient care Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with a mental health diagnosis Prescribe and manage medications Ensure timely and accurate documentation Requirements: Hold a valid full PMHNP license Must already be local (within 1 hour of Longview area) Active TX license Active DEA preferred but not required Experience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred but not required Compensation: Expected compensation salary range of $80,000 to $96,000 with no cap productivity income potential.
