BCBA Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and detail-oriented Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong clinical foundation, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.

As a BCBA, you will be responsible for:

✅Building trusted relationships with the families and clients we serve

✅ Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans

✅ Providing supervision and training to team members, including PBS employees assigned, family members, and stakeholders who support the clients success

✅Overseeing the implementation of ABA services to ensure effectiveness and fidelity

✅ Collaborating with clinical leadership to maintain high standards of care and compliance

✅ Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans to ensure success of the client and family

Qualifications and Requirements:

✅Master's degree in applied behavioral analysis, psychology, or education

✅ Must have active BCBA or BCaBA certification and be in good standing with the BACB

✅ Prior experience working as BCBA or RBT preferred 

✅ Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations

✅Proficiency in Microsoft programs and ABA software (Central Reach preferred)

✅Candidates must be open and available for case assignments within a reasonable distance. We cannot guarantee that all cases will be located in the specific city where the job is advertised. The purpose of advertising in multiple cities is to build a strong candidate pipeline and ensure timely support for clients across various locations in Contra Costa County.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 28 – 32 per week
