A dynamic K-12 school in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide expertly guided behavioral support for students throughout the academic year. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support teams to ensure consistent application of behavior strategies.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data-driven outcomes.
• Provide training and ongoing support to staff to promote positive behavioral practices.
