Sid Jacobson JCC, the only full-service JCC on Long Island’s North Shore, provides a full range of cutting-edge recreational, health, fitness, educational, cultural arts, and social services programs to East Hills and the surrounding community.
The Manager for Neurodiversity Programs is responsible for program operations as well as, intakes, assessments and case management for young adults with developmental disabilities. Programs include Life Skills and Community Training, Social/ Respite services, and Vocational Training.
This job is in person, not remote.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Oversee the program’s overall performance and success
· Develop, implement and evaluate program delivery
· Lead the behavioral management for clients and staff.
· Serve as a liaison between the agency/family/care managers/school etc.
· Conduct intakes and assessments to determine appropriate programs and services for adults with special needs
· Supervise Program staff including staff performance, schedules, and time off
· Manage and recommend budgets for each program and make changes when necessary
· Ensure program stays within compliance with agency and legal regulations
Compensation details: 65000-75000 Yearly Salary
