Caring Angels Home Care in partnership with ABA Center of Jersey City is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavioral therapy and a passion for improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing tailored treatment plans, and implementing effective behavioral interventions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral challenges and needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and patient goals.
- Implement and monitor behavioral interventions, ensuring adherence to best practices in behavioral health.
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and make necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators, therapists, and family members, to provide holistic care.
- Provide training and support to staff on behavioral strategies and interventions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Stay updated on current research and best practices in the field of behavior analysis.
Requirements
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and special education principles.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Proficiency in behavioral therapy techniques and patient assessment methodologies.
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data related to patient behavior.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with patients, families, and team members.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care while fostering a supportive environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
