Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality mental health services and support to individuals and families. This role involves working closely with clients to assess their needs, develop treatment plans, and implement effective therapeutic interventions. The LCSW will play a vital role in promoting mental well-being within the community.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical counseling and behavioral therapy to clients in various settings, including home community care and hospitals.
• Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to engage clients and encourage positive behavioral changes.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including ICD-10 coding.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate case management services for clients with complex needs.
• Participate in clinical research initiatives to contribute to the advancement of social work practices.
• Support clients with special education needs by providing guidance and resources tailored to their circumstances.

Experience

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
• Valid state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Experience in home community care, hospital settings, or similar environments is preferred.
• Proficiency in clinical documentation practices and familiarity with ICD-10 coding is advantageous.
• Strong background in case management, behavioral therapy, and clinical counseling techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
• Experience in motivational interviewing is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $33.87 - $36.05 per hour
