What You'll Do:
- Design and oversee individualized ABA programs
- Supervise and support RBTs and behavior techs
- Collaborate with families to promote meaningful progress
- Collect and analyze data to drive decision-making
- Bring creativity and compassion to every session
What We’re Looking For:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
- Passion for working with children and families
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in home, school, or clinic-based ABA (bonus!)
