What You'll Do:

• Supervise and support RBTs and behavior techs
• Collaborate with families to promote meaningful progress
• Collect and analyze data to drive decision-making
• Bring creativity and compassion to every session

What We’re Looking For:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
• Passion for working with children and families
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience in home, school, or clinic-based ABA (bonus!)
