BCBA Clinic Director/Investing Partner

Full-Time | ABA Start-Up Clinic | Ivy ABA | Ivy Rehab for Kids

Overview:
Are you a BCBA with a passion for leadership and a dream of owning your own clinic? Ivy ABA is offering a unique opportunity to launch and lead your own start-up ABA clinic as a Clinic Director / Investing Partner. With Ivy’s full support, you’ll have the resources, mentorship, and autonomy to build something amazing for the families in your community.

What You’ll Do:

Launch and grow your own ABA treatment clinic
Lead a team of BCBAs and Behavior Technicians in providing high-quality care alongside interdisciplinary teammates (SLPs, OTs, and PTs)
Provide developmentally appropriate, individualized ABA treatment
Collaborate on local marketing and outreach
Join as an equity partner, which means you share in your clinic’s success alongside Ivy ABA

Requirements:

Active BCBA certification and state licensure as a behavior analyst
Experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism and other neurodevelopmental diagnoses, preferably children
Leadership potential and entrepreneurial drive
Passion for helping children and families thrive
