We are currently seeking a clinical supervisor (LMFT LPCC) to provide clinical supervision to board-registered associates. This is a 1099 independent contractor position. The Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical supervision to Marriage and Family Therapist Associates and Professional Counselor Associates. The Clinical Supervisor must be board-approved with OBLPCT. The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse populations including those who identify as immigrants, spiritual or religious, and understanding of Medicaid and commercial insurance guidelines.
This is a telehealth position. The Clinical Supervisor must be based out of Oregon.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision to up to six board-registered associates, adhering to licensing board guidelines and requirements.
- Review clinical documentation and provide feedback to associates to improve clinical skills and documentation.
- Signing off on clinical documentation upon insurance panel credentialing - optional with higher pay.
- Prior experience working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.
- Prior experience providing individual, family, or couples therapy, children, adolescents, and adults.
- Licensed for 10 years or longer.
