Job Location: Riverside, San Bernardino, and surrounding cities
Position: Full-Time (In-Home & In-Center)
Pay: Hourly

Responsibilities:

• Design and supervise individualized ABA programs
• Provide direct, hands-on training and ongoing support to Behavior Technicians
• Supervise and assist Mid-tier Supervisors and Behavior Technicians
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop effective treatment plans
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
• Lead group parent training sessions to support generalization and family involvement
• Collaborate with families to promote carryover and consistency across settings
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with ethical and clinical standards

Requirements:

• Current BCBA certification
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in working as a Supervisors
• Bilingual in Spanish (required)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• A true team player with a collaborative mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
