We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team!

We welcome pre-certified BCBA Candidates!

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in establishing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in the Southeast Valley of Arizona. You will be instrumental in delivering high-quality, evidence-based interventions to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other behavioral needs in their home environments.

As we expand our services in the Southeast Valley, we are looking for a BCBA who shares our vision and passion for making a difference.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement and supervise ABA therapy programs delivered by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Provide ongoing training and supervision to RBTs on the principles and practices of ABA therapy.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals involved in the client’s care.
  • Collect and analyze data to track progress and ensure treatment effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports.
  • Contribute to the development and growth of ABA services in the Southeast Valley.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • Board Certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Minimum 1 years of experience providing direct ABA therapy services.
  • Strong clinical skills in assessment, intervention development, and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid Arizona Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
