Position Summary:

We are seeking licensed or associate-level clinicians (AMFT, ASW, MFT, or LCSW) who are passionate about working with individuals struggling with substance use disorders, mental health challenges, or co-occurring conditions. You’ll provide direct therapy, support treatment planning, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic and recovery-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based modalities
  • Support clients in treatment for substance use, trauma, depression, anxiety, and dual diagnosis
  • Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with case managers, counselors, and external agencies
  • Maintain ethical and confidential client records in compliance with regulations
  • Participate in clinical supervision (for associates) and team case reviews

Qualifications:

  • Active AMFT, ASW, MFT, or LCSW license (or registered with the BBS in California)
  • Minimum 1 year experience working with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders
  • Experience in residential, outpatient, or detox settings is a plus
  • Strong understanding of trauma-informed and recovery-based care
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish, Tagalog, etc.) a plus
