We're seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our school-based team and support students, educators, and families with high-quality behavioral services.
What You'll Do:
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Provide direct support and coaching to school staff and paraprofessionals
Monitor progress and adjust strategies based on data-driven decisions
Collaborate with IEP teams, school psychologists, and other related service providers
Deliver staff training and parent education as needed
