Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or related human services field.

• At least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral needs.

• Must be registered with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.

• License needs to be active and not expired.

Skills & Abilities

• Proficient in implementing behavior intervention plans utilizing applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques.

• Skilled in data collection and analysis to monitor student progress and make data-driven decisions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and school staff.
