Summer Job – Registered Behavior Technician (ABA Therapy)

Looking for a fun and meaningful summer job?

Join WonderWay ABA this summer and work one-on-one with kids with autism to help them learn new skills and thrive! As a RBT, you’ll team up with experienced BCBAs to provide hands-on support through play-based, structured therapy sessions.

What You’ll Do:

• Work directly with kids using treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Help reduce challenging behaviors and teach communication, play, and life skills
• Track progress using an iPad (no paper!)
  
  
  

What You’ll Need:

• Experience with kids (bonus if it’s with kids with autism!)
• Reliable transportation
• RBT certified
• Energetic, positive, and ready to learn
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs
