Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) - New York

Salary Range: $90,000 - $95,000 per year

Location: Buffalo, New York

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Position Summary:

We are actively seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide high-quality therapeutic services to a diverse population. This role involves conducting assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and offering individual, couples, and family counseling both in-person and via telehealth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.


Requirements
  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
  • Active LMFT license in the State of New York (required).
  • At least 1-2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Empathy, cultural competence, and a strong ethical foundation.
