Keystone Mental Health Services is currently seeking a Lead Intensive Case Manager to join our team of professionals in making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors and the community.
The Lead Intensive Case Manager is responsible for assisting adults with mental illness, to gain access to needed resources, such as medical, social, educational, and other services. This position will mentor other Intensive Case Managers on the team and assist in case-note reviews and approvals.

- Master’s degree in social work, psychology, rehabilitation, activity therapies, counseling, or education with 3 years mental health direct care experience
- Bachelor’s degree in sociology, social work, psychology, gerontology, anthropology, political science, history, criminal justice, theology, counseling, education, or a be registered nurse with 5 years mental health direct care experience, 2 of which shall include supervisory experience
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing with 3 years mental health direct care experience
- Effective communication skills, verbal and written
- Able to perform multiple concurrent tasks, resolve complex problems and respond effectively in crisis situations
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and able to learn other software as needed
- Valid driver’s license
- Daily access to privately maintained and insured vehicle
- Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including motor vehicle record and criminal background checks
