Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides group and individual sessions for clients.
- Assesses patient and develops individual service plans, accordingly; communicates with and counsels family members as appropriate.
- Assists individuals/families in developing natural supports to increase success in the community.
- Completes clinical documentation as required.
- Develops and maintains positive and constructive working relationships with collateral agencies.
- Provides on-call coverage for the Program as assigned.
- Understands and adheres to the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policies.
- Keeps abreast of all federal and state regulations and laws and all confidentiality policies as they presently exist and as they change or are modified.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bi-lingual preferred.
- Ability to develop collaborative relationships with community partners.
- Effective communication skills.
- Excellent documentation skills
- Minimum of two (2) years of full-time behavioral health experience.
- Understands and adheres to state and federal confidentiality regulations.
- Knowledge of and culturally sensitive to the problems of the patients of this agency.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problems solving skills.
- Always conducts self ethically and professionally.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
