We are currently seeking a Full Time Clinician who holds both their BCBA and LABA to develop, coordinate, and maintain in home ABA programs.
The BCBA’s Primary responsibilities will include:
- Provide training and supervision to Behavior Technicians.
- Provide training and consultation to parents.
- Write and modify ABA programs.
- Use a digital data management system (Central Reach) and provide ongoing data analysis.
- Document billable hours through session notes on Central Reach.
- Attend monthly collaborative clinical meetings with your BCBA colleagues.
- Create and modify as needed behavior support plans based on functions of behavior and data analysis.
- Write initial assessments and progress reports and submit to insurance.
- Conduct a variety of assessments (e.g., VBMAPP, Vineland 3, AFLS, FAST, MAS, preference assessments and Socially Savvy).
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- MA Licensure for Applied Behavior Analysis (LABA)
- At least 1 year of supervising home-based services is preferred.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
