About Job

We are currently seeking a Full Time Clinician who holds both their BCBA and LABA to develop, coordinate, and maintain in home ABA programs.

The BCBA’s Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Provide training and supervision to Behavior Technicians.
  • Provide training and consultation to parents.
  • Write and modify ABA programs.
  • Use a digital data management system (Central Reach) and provide ongoing data analysis.
  • Document billable hours through session notes on Central Reach.
  • Attend monthly collaborative clinical meetings with your BCBA colleagues.
  • Create and modify as needed behavior support plans based on functions of behavior and data analysis.
  • Write initial assessments and progress reports and submit to insurance.
  • Conduct a variety of assessments (e.g., VBMAPP, Vineland 3, AFLS, FAST, MAS, preference assessments and Socially Savvy).

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • MA Licensure for Applied Behavior Analysis (LABA)
  • At least 1 year of supervising home-based services is preferred.
