About Job
Licensed Mental Health Professional
Full Job Description
Creative Center for Wellness is a small non-profit organization focused on mental, emotional, and physical health. Each therapist at CC4W also serves on the board of the organization and has an equal voice in the direction of the agency. Unlike many group practices with an owner(s), all therapists are treated equally, and have agency in determining pay schedules, services provided, and direction of the agency. We are looking for a therapist or psychologist who is interested in working as part of a team to develop an integrative therapeutic approach to serving clients.
We provide outpatient mental health services. We serve a wide range of clientele, including individuals of all ages and backgrounds. As such, it is imperative that the psychotherapist be culturally competent. The ideal candidate should be committed, collaborative, hard-working and use excellent interpersonal skills. We have clients waiting and are a very friendly and professional group practice. Candidates must possess a graduate degree from an accredited program/institution. Licensure as a psychologist, LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of Georgia is required (associate licenses are accepted APC, LMSW, etc). Compensation is based on a percentage of billable hours. CC4W covers all overhead, marketing, administrative, and billing costs for this W-2 position.
We are specifically looking for individuals who want to work with children and adolescents, who are trained in EMDR, Hypnotherapy, or other research-based trauma therapies. We will consider other applicants, of course. Again, you must be licensed to be hired for this position. This job opening is for an individual that is agreeable to providing therapy services in-school to children and adolescents in the Walton County area. The work hours required are those that are during the school day. This allows you to work with children and families and still be home early. You must be willing to see children between the ages of 5-18 in a school and office setting. We look forward to hearing from you soon!
