Title: Licensed Master Social Worker - Bilingual
Location: Northeast Region (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full Time, 5x8 M-F
Compensation
Pay Range: $65000K-$70000K
Description
Join a large medical group focused on delivering compassionate care to underserved communities.
Work with a diverse team of healthcare professionals serving over 250,000 patients annually.
Engage in various services including urgent care, primary care, and specialties.
Participate in both office-based and home care services.
Contribute to high-quality patient care through daily social work tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Assess patients using established tools.
Treat behavioral health conditions with methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
Make treatment recommendations in team meetings.
Monitor treatment plans and coordinate care with the healthcare team.
Provide crisis intervention and assess patient risks as needed.
Reach out to clients with limited access to behavioral health services.
Document services promptly and attend weekly supervision sessions.
Qualifications
LMSW Licensure.
Ability to commute regionally when needed.
Master of Social Work degree from an accredited institution.
Experience with screening tools and performing assessments.
Knowledge of DSM-V criteria for diagnosing and treating behavioral health issues.
Proficient in using electronic health records for documentation.
Strong communication skills for sharing clinical information with teams.
Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
